Food is my way of healing, bringing joy, and connecting people.

I stepped into the kitchen at the age of 12, during a difficult period in my life—my parents’ divorce.
At a time when home felt uncertain, cooking became my anchor: a way to create warmth, a sense of family, and something uniquely my own.

In the depth of that experience, I discovered a world of creativity, control, and comfort—and, most importantly, the ability to move and care for others through food.

From there, the transition into professional kitchens felt natural.
For over a decade, I’ve worked in some of Tel Aviv’s leading restaurants, gaining exposure to diverse culinary styles and the highest standards of execution—while continuously refining my own voice as a chef.

My journey also led me to compete on the well-known culinary TV show “Game of Chefs” (Season 4).
